Your first appointment will last 40 minutes and will include a consultation, examination and your first Graston treatment. In addition to the Graston technique, we will advise other therapies such as Chiropractic manipulation, massage therapy, and kinesio taping that can further assist your recovery. Your follow up visits will be 20 minutes long. Getting the most of the Graston technique usually takes somewhere between 6 to 12 treatments. Some patients choose to visit us for maintenance treatments as well.
